After your manager sets up your profile, you'll receive an email to your registered address to create your password. Click the 'set password' button in the email to proceed. If you don't find the email, please check your spam folder.
If you're having trouble logging into Swept, consider these possibilities:
1. Incorrect email or password: Ensure your username and password are entered correctly.
2. Outdated app version: Update your app to the latest version. Download your app here.
To resolve the error message when trying to order supplies, please ensure the following:
1. The input fields for supplies you are not requesting are empty.
2. None of the supplies have a "0" as their "order amount" value.
3. The supplies you are requesting have a "remaining amount."
Forgot password? No worries. Here's a quick step-by-step process to reset your password:
1. Click on 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page.
2. This will send you to the screen below, where you can enter your email in the Username field. Then click on the "Recover Password" button to receive a password reset link in your inbox.
3. Once done, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Below is an example of what that email will look like.
