Every janitorial owner wonders it. Ken Carfagno of C3 — Carfagno Commercial Cleaning, in the Philadelphia area — put it to a real test: a full month in sunny Florida, for the second year running, with the business back home in Pennsylvania. For that to work, five or six cleaners needed to know where to go, what to do, and where to turn with questions — without Ken on the ground.
