The operation ran on an inexpensive clock-in/clock-out platform, and that part worked. But checklists and supply ordering happened over text — this person texting here, that person texting there. “So disoriented,” in her words. In a service-based industry, she knew, you have to centralize your systems as much as possible to give yourself more time and freedom. The Swept Difference ## The supply request that sold the whole system The catalyst was seeing that Swept could centralize supply ordering across all her locations: requests come in through the app, she buys, she checks them off. Even though Swept cost more than the old clock-in app, that alone made it worth it — one less routine text from an employee. Then she fell in love with the rest: security information, checklists, inspections.
