Commercial Cleaning Site Emergency Contact Template
Fast Access. Fewer Mistakes. Safer Sites.
Tips & Tricks for Using This Template
1. Post It Where Cleaners Can Actually See It
Keep a printed copy in the janitor’s closet, supply room, or inside the site binder — anywhere your team can easily find it during a shift.
2. Review It with New Cleaners During Site Training
Walk through the sheet during on-site training so your team knows who to call and where to go in case of emergency.
3. Assign Ownership for Updates
Make sure someone (site supervisor or ops manager) is responsible for checking and updating this sheet regularly — especially if contact info changes.
4. Keep a Digital Backup
Upload a digital copy to your operations software (like Swept!) so your managers can access it from anywhere if the paper copy gets lost or damaged.
5. Customize Per Site
Don’t use a one-size-fits-all version — tailor it to each client’s location. Emergency contacts and utility info are almost always site-specific.
6. Include It in Your Client Welcome Kit
Show clients you’re proactive about safety and communication by including a copy of the filled-out sheet when onboarding a new contract.
