Your first month with Swept

  1. Day 1 • Sign in and explore Swept

    Confirm billing, log in, and take the guided tour. Watch the Getting Started video so you know where everything lives.

  2. Day 2 • Import locations

    Bulk import every location with geofencing, checklists, and inspection defaults to save hours of manual entry.

  3. Day 3 • Add cleaners and supervisors

    Use the team import template to assign roles, pins, and location access. Make sure supervisors are ready for inspections.

  4. Day 4 • Build your first schedule

    Publish the first week of shifts, assign cleaners, and set up coverage notifications before rolling out to the field.

  5. Day 5 • Train and launch your team

    Share the cleaner and supervisor toolkits, confirm everyone has the mobile app, and celebrate launch day.
