Submitting this request does not cancel your account immediately. Swept has a 30-day cancellation policy (outlined on all invoices). If you cancel during an active billing term, your cancellation will take effect 30 days after your current billing period ends.

What you’ll lose access to after your shut down date

Once your account is shut down, Swept will no longer be available for day-to-day operations, including:

  • Employee time tracking
  • Location-based clock-ins (GeoFence)
  • Payroll-ready reports
  • On-site visibility
  • Messages between admin, managers, and cleaners
  • Checklists, inspections, and supply workflows

Frequently asked questions

Your data is retained for 90 days after your account is shut down. If you choose to return before the 90 days expires, we'll be able to reactivate your account.* If you return after 90 days, you'll be required to set up a new account and input your locations and team again.

*Note: Loyalty accounts cannot be reactivated after shut down.
Yes. You can reactivate your account within 90 days of your account shut down date. After 90 days, your previous account is no longer available, so you’ll need to create a new account.

The 30-day cancellation period is the window to access and export your data before your account shuts down. We’re not able to extend that window by a day or two. If you need more time, you can keep your account active by continuing your subscription for another billing cycle.
