If your team members are facing issues logging into Swept. There could be possible things:
1. Wrong email address or password. Make sure the team members are using the correct username and password.
2. Older version: Make sure the team members' app is updated to the latest version.
When a team member forgets their password, resetting it is simple. Ask them to follow this quick 3-step process to reset your password.
Each role comes with specific permissions. For more information, read our detailed article on user roles and permissions. To change a user's location access, go to their profile in the Teams section and scroll down to the locations area.
If a user is already in the system and marked as 'Inactive,' you cannot add them again. You can either delete their old profile and create a new one or reactivate their existing profile. Here's a detailed article for more information.
