My cleaner isn't getting the email to set their password

If your team members are facing issues logging into Swept. There could be possible things:

1. Wrong email address or password. Make sure the team members are using the correct username and password.

2. Older version: Make sure the team members' app is updated to the latest version.

 

My cleaner forgot password. What can they do?

When a team member forgets their password, resetting it is simple. Ask them to follow this quick 3-step process to reset your password.

 

What permissions do supervisors and managers have? Can I change them?

Each role comes with specific permissions. For more information, read our detailed article on user roles and permissions. To change a user's location access, go to their profile in the Teams section and scroll down to the locations area.

I'm trying to add this user, and it says they are already in use, but I can't find them in my system. What do I do?

If a user is already in the system and marked as 'Inactive,' you cannot add them again. You can either delete their old profile and create a new one or reactivate their existing profile. Here's a detailed article for more information.
