Can Swept AI make changes in Swept?

Yes, when you ask it to. Besides answering questions, it can make routine updates, such as adding or editing locations, team members, supplies and checklists. Access stays limited to your own Swept account.

Do I need a developer?

No code is needed. We help you connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Swept account once, and then the people you choose can simply ask.

What can I ask about?

Questions about your shifts, time entries, locations, inspections, work orders and supplies, such as who is heading into overtime or which sites scored lowest this week.

Who can use it, and can I shut it off?

You connect with your own Swept sign-in or a private token for your account, and you can rotate the token any time. You also choose which actions need your OK, and you can cancel Swept AI whenever you want.

How is this different from the Swept API?

Swept AI is for getting answers on demand. The API and webhooks send Swept data to your other tools automatically. Both are part of Swept Connect.
