Swept API + Webhooks

Put your Swept data to work.

Capture shifts, schedules, and inspections in Swept. Then use the API and webhooks to put supported data to work in your reports, systems, and follow-up workflows.

What one customer made possible

9 automations, running unattended.

“We built four-times-daily no-show detection on Swept's API and had it running in production within weeks. Our ops team now finds out about a missed shift while there's still time to fix it, instead of hearing about it from the client the next day.”

How it works

From a manual routine to one that runs itself.

  1. 1

    Pick the task to simplify

Start with a report, system handoff, or follow-up your team handles manually.

  2. 2

    Connect it

Your technical team, or a partner, connects Swept to the tool you already use.

  3. 3

    Put the connection to work

Refresh a report on a schedule, or act when a supported event sends an update.

Swept API: ask for the data

A report or tool requests supported Swept data when it needs it.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Swept mobile app schedule map with shift, work order, supply request and message notifications
Who is Swept Connect for?

Teams on Scale and Loyalty plans who move Swept data into spreadsheets, payroll or reporting by hand and want that to run on its own. Early access is open to a small group first.

Can it change my data in Swept?

Not in early access. Access is read-only for now, so connections can read supported Swept data but cannot change it.

Can I control what a connection can see?

Yes. Access can be scoped, so each connection only reaches the data it needs.

Does it connect to my payroll or accounting tool out of the box?

No. Swept Connect is not a library of ready-made integrations. Your team or a partner builds each connection using supported data. QuickBooks Online has its own native integration.
